I am licensed by the State of Texas so I am classified as a, 'Licensed food handler".

Note: my treats are made in a home kitchen that is not inspected by the Department of State Health Services or a local health department. You will find a similar statement on the labels of my treats as well as any other licensed food handler's products as it is mandated by the State of Texas to include such.
